BOOKING & PAYMENT Booking is an essential part of the process. Your choice of both photographer and videographer is critical to capture your memories. It is crucial to book your chosen “memory team” as soon as you have decided on a wedding date and a venue. Placing high priority to your memories on the planning list will ensure that you will have the professionals that you would like to do the job. In the market of photography and videography prices vary enormously. Technology, time, creative talent and final product requirements are the main factors affecting pricing. It is necessary discuss your own personal requirements so that your dream day will be recorded as you would like it to be. Pricing is developed on request as per your special requirements - based on various options. A 50% deposit as well as a completed order form is required to secure the booking. This is to safe guard both the company and the bridal couple. All video productions and photographs remain the property of Imago Consulting (Pty) Ltd until fully paid for and Imago Consulting / Imago Studios holds the copyrights for all video and audio material involved in the making of the production. All material (digital and film) may be used for advertising purposes in either original format for printed formats. TERMS AND CONDITIONS 1. We must be informed of any changes in arrangements influencing the video beforehand to ensure that the best service can be rendered. 2. Normal time is as per package details - extra time is charged at R550 per hour. 3. We request your kindness in providing seating, food and refreshments at the reception. 4. Although every care is taken during the filming and the editing, Imago Consulting (Pty) Ltd / Imago Studio or the photographer cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage or non supply of the videos/photographs. 5. Prices do not included a travelling fee. Travel costs are R4.00 /km for distances in excess of 50km from Rondebosch. 6. A 50% deposit is required with final booking and it is not refundable if the function is postponed or cancelled. If the wedding is postponed the contract is only still binding if the new date is mutually agreed upon by the client and Imago Consulting. Electronic transfers are preferred – the deposit slip can be faxed or emailed. 7. Copyright of all video and digital images is held by IMAGO Consulting (Pty) Ltd. All videos/DVD may be used for advertising purposes - printed or digital media. 8. Master DV tapes/DVD are made and stored for a period of 5 years for full quality copies. |
